LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a Medical Coder for a growing Washington-based organization. In this role, you'll translate patient medical records into ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes, ensuring accurate billing processes for patients and insurers.


Responsibilities:



  • Translate patient data into medical codes


  • Review medical records for accuracy and completeness


  • Participate in quality assurance activities for coding accuracy and compliance


  • Adhere to Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA guidelines


Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of recent ICD-10 coding experience


  • HS Diploma or equivalent


  • Medical Coding certification


  • Proficiency in CPT and HCPCS codes


  • Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA guidelines
